I always go there to buy jeans; average prices for jeans are anywhere from $5 to $30, and include top brands like Lucky, Diesel, and many more. They carry clothes for all seasons. I've found plenty of very cute shirts, for only $5 a piece. Much easier to go through than Goodwill, they have good organization and you are bound to find something you will like.

Very similar to Plato's Closet; but they have many more options as far as vintage clothing, and business clothing. One Girl's Treasure also has a wider selection of purses, shoes, and accessories, and support local artists by buying and selling hand-made jewelry and more!

Have Fun In Grand Rapids - On A Budget!

Wenger's Bowling CenterWenger's is kind of a "hole in the wall" bowling alley. Not the most appealing building from the outside, but Wenger's is a host to bowling lanes both upstairs and downstairs and a friendly staff. Wednesday night is the time to go, with $1 shoe rentals, $1 games of bowling, and $4 pitchers of beer. Starts around 9:30 or 10 (call ahead to be sure) and get there a little early to be sure you can get a lane!

Fun Walk
Take a nice short walk full of surprises in downtown Grand Rapids. Begin at Calder Plaza, where you will find the giant red statue pictured at the top of yours truly's website. You will also find a GIANT tire swing! Then, walk behind Devos Place and cross the pedestrian bridge known as "Gillett Bridge." You will be looking at the Gerald R. Ford Museum. Go left after you cross the bridge, and you will also find a giant red button, and an astronaut statue.
